Heads will roll

Guess the same thing happens after something is cleared.. How long can a parcel take to reach someone else in Belgium? 1 month? After checking with Singpost, I had to wait for them to get back to me. Gonna kill people now, I'm furious. Apparently, it;s been despatched to Brussles on the 8th already so the problem must lie there!
