I've been practising... those damn aus and bannaneiras, also known as the cartwheel and handstand. I suck at them cos I've never done them before. But with some guides, I think I can improve on them. So far I've managed to lift mydelf up the wall and hang there for 10 seconds, not a long time but sure I have to start somewhere.. Read about them Handstands, Cartwheels.
