"
Long ago the Dark Knight Sparda rebelled against the dark emperor and waged a one-man war to save humanity. Thousands of years later, a religious organization worships this renowned savior and has taken it upon themselves to rid the world of all evil. Residing in Fortuna, this organization is known as the "Order of the Sword," and is made up of an elite group of "Holy Knights." One day a young knight named Nero witnesses Sparda’s legendary son Dante slaughter his fellow warriors. Has the renowned devil hunter turned his back on mankind? What does this encounter mean for these two individuals?

In Devil May Cry 4, players control the formidable Nero who comes to grips with his newly found power as his beliefs and allegiance are tested. Continuing the legacy of fast paced action synonymous with the series, Devil May Cry 4 pushes the envelope of excellence even further with the inclusion of a new combat system that incorporates Nero’s "Devil Bringer." This new feature has players delivering overwhelming damage to enemies with non-stop combos, while gaining new power for Nero’s right arm. With the PlayStation 3 system's advanced graphical capabilities, high definition visuals and intricate detail come to life as players explore new and exotic locales. Amazing visual effects and dynamic action coupled with a complex storyline, provides the very cool, slick and stylish attitude that only a Devil May Cry game can deliver." (IGN.com)

Not only will it be out on the Playstaion 3, it'll be out on Xbox 360 and PC as well. Isn't that like totally awesome? Damn it, I can't wait to get my paw on to that sexy red coated half demon. He-is-the-sexiest-ever I'm telling you. And just so you know, I'm getting a tattoo of him next year. Call me crazy, but I don't care just exactly what you beautiful party people think, the Diva IS going to pay tribute to the best action game ever!

You may want to have a look at DMC website, but you have to be above a certain age so you knwo what to do ;) : Devil May Cry 4

According to Jeff Haynes, Christmas came early to them. "DMC 4 will present two separate difficulty levels for players to test their skills with. For newcomers to the series, the Human setting should offer a challenge but help ease players into monster killing. For veterans of the franchise, however, the Devil Hunter setting should present more than enough of a challenge to your abilities.

Like previous Devil May Cry titles, Nero is judged at the end of each mission on how quickly he completes a level, along with how many orbs he collects. Another factor that plays into the evaluation is how many stylish points he receives in battle, based on how long he can keep up his combo string. Ranging from D to SSS, Nero can gain a larger bonus if he mixes up his strikes and avoids taking damage. Taunts also help extend the combo meter, making it easier for players to acquire larger point bonuses.
Nero appears to have a number of gambling terms attached to his attacks. With strikes known as the High Roller, Roulette Spin, Split and Double Down, we're not sure if those are creative names for his attacks, or if these gambling moves are indicative of his character. Like previous Devil May Cry games, Nero will find himself sealed into specific areas (tinged with red energy) that he'll have to fight through or break the seal of a puzzle (formed of blue energy) before he can progress forward. Some of these puzzles are straightforward, tasking you with figuring out the solution that's immediately in front of you, while others require items that bestow new powers on Nero."

Christmas and Devil May Cry collection

As you can see from the above pictures, I've just wrapped and dumped the presents everywhere! Actually, I've done the boxes ages ago, just the wrapping ones and that's why this year all my presents sucks. I've got more people to give at my new workplace that's why :(

And my poor friend in Europe has to get his gift late again, as his last Christmas presents and birthdays... all late. No fear! it's by Fedex this time so it won't be as long as the bloody post!

As a avid gamer of Devil May Cry, I've only just started collecting the figurines. I guess I never had the money before to finance such a hobby before... (not that I'm filthy rich now!!) but I'm starting and I've got 1 set from the DMC 1 and yet another from DMC 3 by Revoltech, which should be on the way in from Hong Kong soon.
