It's my Birthday!

1:20 p.m.
Happy 25th Birthday to me! I started my day at 7a.m. in the bathroom puking and having diarrhea like nobody's business and so spent my morning, lying on the carpeted bathroom floor in foetal position, wearing 2 layers of clothes and shivering like a leaf. Brings a bang to a new age hahaha! I can laugh at it now, but I wasn't an hour ago. Damn must go toilet now...

5 p.m.
Went out with Ed so that I don't waste my birthday off, ended up at hotel with him having a migraine and me having gastric flu. Slept the whole evenign and night. No food passed my lips. I still feel sick like a dog.

11 p.m.
Damn mommy called and told me that my birthdate came out as starters on 4D. She won $1000 and I forgot to buy. F**K me.

1 a.m.
Help..... I got work tomorrow.. Bloody tummy bug ruined my birthday. What a motherf**ker.

What Tarot Card Are You

You are The Devil

Materiality. Material Force. Material temptation; sometimes obsession

The Devil is often a great card for business success; hard work and ambition.

Perhaps the most misunderstood of all the major arcana, the Devil is not really "Satan" at all, but Pan the half-goat nature god and/or Dionysius. These are gods of pleasure and abandon, of wild behavior and unbridled desires. This is a card about ambitions; it is also synonymous with temptation and addiction. On the flip side, however, the card can be a warning to someone who is too restrained, someone who never allows themselves to get passionate or messy or wild - or ambitious. This, too, is a form of enslavement. As a person, the Devil can stand for a man of money or erotic power, aggressive, controlling, or just persuasive. This is not to say a bad man, but certainly a powerful man who is hard to resist. The important thing is to remember that any chain is freely worn. In most cases, you are enslaved only because you allow it.

Whoopee! New Zealand here we come again!

Yay! 28th July - 12th August Eddy and I will be at NZ again! And this time for 2 whole weeks, until I reaslised that those dates collided with two of my collegues wedding plans... shit I totally forgot all about it cos Eddy got me so mad at the dates. Now I feel so bloody bad and I wish I had remembered it earlier. I guess I'll have to make it up to them.. Damn I feel guilty and I hate feeling guilty especially when it's totally my fault :(.

Anyway the trip's been planned and I've totally been engrossed with all those preparations like where to rent the motorhome and such. I can't say Ed's been a real help but I'm starting to get a bit tired >:( Aw well... guilt, annoyance and resignation... what a way to start the holidays.

So what now?

I'm resigning soon.. feeling a tad bit scared, you know, my mom won't be working anymore and my father retired years ago, I'd better get my arse in gear and start loking for a job like NOW. But what with so many people being younger and smarter than me, I wonder if I can get something somewhere. I can't be relying on Eddy all the time cos I earn pittance. What a cruel world.. making useless people like me jump into the ratrace whether we want it or not. I'm seriously worried now. Oh well, we'll see how it goes. I'm only resigning in August still a mth to charge for interviews.

Another sad news is that Mag will be going to Aust to study at the end of the month, I'm so so so gonna miss her in capoeira class. She's my fav kaki since Zann has been dead shot busy at work... I wish I was dead shot busy at work :(. This Mag is so good now at capoeira and she started way after me. Hahaha! Big and slow people got to work harder, not to mention people with stiff 2 left feet. Did I mention she's 6 years younger than me? All the energy.. I feel so old.. God give me strength

I will miss you sweetie when you go.

Funny how you can find friends just about anywhere. I was going for a swim one day and what do you know? HP took up the whole pool for a family competion thing till 5 pm! What a downer balls! Anyway I met Ridian, an ex-lifeguard, who also wanted a swim but was sorely disappointed like me so I thickskinned-ly went to join his sis and cousin for breakfast. Before you knew it, Mel and I got along so well we planned a tanning session and hair colouring the next meetup. She's Malay and I'm Chinese but somehow she looks Chinese and I look Malay. What a special find, you never know when you'll meet an anyhow-lame-jokes-laugh-in-your-face kind of friend. Cor I feel like I knew her for yonkers! Friends are a different sort of family, everyone needs one. So far I haven't found that soulmate friend yet..

Mel and I after the hair and tanning session last week. I got my white spots now. Suckers
